DBD will issue law to enforce all juristic persons submitting Financial Statement by E-Filing

  • MissPongpunGearaviriyapun, Director-General of Department of Business Development, said that Department of Business Developmenthad a plan to push up juristic persons in whole to submit financial statements by e-Filing in order that financial statements would be collected very rapidly, and would be useful for business propose in due time, and would be consistent with digital economy policy of government that it would be reduced cost and expense for keeping documents and reduction of paper usage.
  • In addition, if any account could coordinate with operator to submit financial statement by e-Filing, Federation of Accounting Professions would grant the right to count anaccounting development education hour at 1 hour per 1 juristic person submitting financial statement by e-Filing that this right would be granted until year end 2016.
